<p>So, if you wish to design your own paper bag&#8230;. here is the &#8216;ABC&#8217; guideline to show you how we actually produce the layout of a paper bag design. Check out the below simplified paper bag design layout.</p>
<p>a1 + b1 + c1 + d1 are optional printing areas<br />
a2 + b2 + c2 + d2 are recommended printing areas<br />
a3 + b3 + c3 + d3 are the base and optional printing areas<br />
a* and c* are the gusset<br />
b* and d* are the front and back of paper bag<br />
e* is the gluing area. (Nothing can be seen here)<br />
There should be a 6mm bleeding area as shown on the red highlighted area.<br />
Film Line Screen :<br />
#150 or #175 for coated paper e.g Art Paper and Art Card<br />
#135 or #120 for uncoated e.g Kraft Paper</p>

<p>H = Height, W = Width, G = Gusset are custom designed according to customers&#8217; requirements, preferences and applications.</p>
<p>X&#8217; shall be folded inside and the enforcement board which is approximately 350gsm for enhancing the support of strings shall be glued on it to form the ear base area of the bag.</p>
<p>&#8216;Y&#8217; is the base of the paperbag. A 400gsm boxboard will be glued on this area for base enhancement. The value of &#8216;Y&#8217; shall be calculated at 0.7*G and it may vary at certain circumstances.</p>
<p>Z&#8217; is the gluing area for joining the paper bag. It is usually with the size of One (1) inch or 25mm.</p>
