Paper Bag Layout
So, if you wish to design your own paper bag…. here is the ‘ABC’ guideline to show you how we actually produce the layout of a paper bag design. Check out the below simplified paper bag design layout.
a1 + b1 + c1 + d1 are optional printing areas
a2 + b2 + c2 + d2 are recommended printing areas
a3 + b3 + c3 + d3 are the base and optional printing areas
a* and c* are the gusset
b* and d* are the front and back of paper bag
e* is the gluing area. (Nothing can be seen here)
There should be a 6mm bleeding area as shown on the red highlighted area.
Film Line Screen :
#150 or #175 for coated paper e.g Art Paper and Art Card
#135 or #120 for uncoated e.g Kraft Paper
